Minutes & Agendas

Minutes are produced at every Council meeting and reflect the actions and decisions of the Council.  They are normally approved the next time this particular committee meets.

Draft Minutes are not published.  Once approved, the minutes are loaded onto the website and a copy is put on the noticeboard.

The Minutes are not a direct copy of the words that were spoken, but merely a log of the decisions and major points made.

Agendas are published at least 5 days before each meeting.
